Yes! For reservations you will need to make a deposit of 20% of your selected package. Deposits are no refundable. However, they can be used as credit in case of rescheduling for a new date.

Our equipments are deeoply sanitized and disinfected before and after each event. Once the equipment is installed and ready to use, it goes through a steaming process to make sure is 100% clean. In addition, our staff is totally trained on the use of our equiments, and the process on how to keep a heatlhy environment for our families.

Yes! However, of there is more than 30% chance of rain, lightning in the area the event could either be postponed or the equeoment will need to be moved indoors. Since most of these equipments are not waterproof, we strongly recommend for the event to be held indoors.

Delivery is included up to 10 miles in the area 32827. More than 10miles will have an extra fee. If you have any questions contact the seller.

Only Happy Mouse team can do the set up. We arrive an 1 hour before the party. It took us about an 1hr to assemble and disinfect and an 1hr to clean and disassemble all the equipment.
